In 1937, 4 years after Prohibition was repealed, the Sbragia family dug their shovels into the earth and replanted their vines. Gino and Italo Sbragia planted 5 acres of Zinfandel on the south-western edge of Alexander Valley.

If you're in our wine club, you're probably familiar with Italo's Vineyard Zinfandel. This beautifully balanced wine has notes of strawberry pie, lush blackberry, cherry, with hints of cinnamon, clove and vanilla. The spices play on the palate the more the wine opens up.

We are deeply grateful to source fruit from this vineyard and embrace the Sbragia family's legacy. Be sure to get a bottle to try for yourself and you'll see why!
